Swim for Smiles Triathlon July 26th, 2009
Here are Dawn, Matt D. And Josh at the Swim for Smiles Tri in Chapel Hill on Sunday July 26, 2009. Distances were 250 yard swim, 11.5 mile bike and 5k run. Dawn and Josh sported the new DAMA temporary tatoos. Karyn T. also competed individually and was second in her age group!

Chris Green Lake Cable Swim 2 mile
Here are Matt D., Kim and Gail at the end of the 2 mile Cable swim in Charlottesville, VA on July 11, 2009. Matt was fourth in his age group, Kim was second female overall and first in her age group and Gail was first in her age group. Buddy, Yogi, Andrea and Jason came along for the ride. The outdoor mall was fun and dog friendly! Go DAMA!
