Great job to Richard Armstrong first overall, Matt Davis third in his age group and Jonathon Valbuena fifth in his age group! I was very happy we were indoors by the time the thunderstorm hit that morning!

Swim for Smiles Triathlon July 26th, 2009

Here are Dawn, Matt D. And Josh at the Swim for Smiles Tri in Chapel Hill on Sunday July 26, 2009. Distances were 250 yard swim, 11.5 mile bike and 5k run. Dawn and Josh sported the new DAMA temporary tatoos. Karyn T. also competed individually and was second in her age group!

Thanks to Karen F. and Jessica P. for their support and enthusiasm. Relay was "Our First Try".
