Team Banquet?

Please let me know what ideas you have for a DAMA swim team banquet this year. I am hoping to use the multi-purpose room at Campus Hills and have a pot-luck. We could announce the achievements of the Team and individuals, socialize, give out awards for most team spirit, most improved, longest member of DAMA, most sportsmanship, number of years with the team, etc. We could all submit pictures and do a slide show of events from the past year. Spouses, significant others, friends and children could attend. When would be a good day and time for everyone? How about a saturday from 4-6pm? The room is available for us from 4-6pm on March 7th...
